1. Cookies and analytics
We use localStorage to keep you signed in — no tracking cookies. For anonymous visitor analytics we use a privacy-friendly service that does not store IP addresses or identifiable data.
2. What data do we process?
From administrators of associations:
- Email address and name
- Password (stored as a hash)
- IP address (for security and debugging)
From the association itself: address, website, bank account, contact info. When linking with a payment provider we may also forward KYC data (ID card, UBO extract) as required by law.
3. Why do we process this data?
- Platform operation: sign-in, account recovery, communication between co-administrators.
- Invoicing: we issue an invoice per production.
- Support: we assist you via mail or a personal meeting.
- Security: IP addresses are used for logs and fraud prevention, stored for at most one year.
Occasionally we send a general email with important announcements. You can unsubscribe at the bottom of any such mail. We do not send marketing emails.
4. Security
- HTTPS for all communication with our servers.
- No password-based server login — only cryptographic keys, firewalls and regular updates.
- Passwords are hashed with an algorithm specifically designed for password security — nobody (not even us) can read them back.
- Encrypted backups on external storage.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete and port your data. Mail privacy@toneeltickets.be from the email address you registered with. We respond within two months.
