Not self-service — we do it with you. With every production, every year again, you get a personal online meeting where we set up your show together: performances, prices, seating plan, payments and communication.
One small fixed amount per online ticket sold. Tickets you sell yourself in cash are 100% free. No percentage on your revenue.
These fees are charged by Stripe on every payment and go directly to Stripe — not to ToneelTickets. Non-European credit cards and special schemes (e.g. Amex) carry higher percentages. See stripe.com/be/pricing for current rates. We also actively negotiate with Stripe for better rates — every reduction immediately benefits you, no action needed.
Stripe transaction fees are withheld by Stripe directly. Exact amounts and VAT will be stated on the quote/invoice.
